Christian Guerra, M.Ed.

Born of immigrant parents, I learned the value of hard work and perseverance at a very young age. I was born in California, then moved to El Salvador when I was one. I then moved to Honduras when I was 5. The struggles I experienced there have helped me become resilient. When I was 11 years old, I moved back to the United States.

I learned from my parents that nothing can stop me if I do things on purpose, with purpose. Knowing only how to speak Spanish, I set a goal for myself to learn English in one year. I spent all my recess time that year learning how to read, write, and speak English. I was able to accomplish my goal before the end of the school year.

I was so proud of myself for catching myself winning and never giving up on my goal. I knew that I could accomplish anything I wanted to if I remembered to always focus on the things I could control and never giving up.

I played Varsity Football and Soccer in high school, making the All-State Soccer Team in Georgia in 2010. I chose to forgo playing at the collegiate level in order to serve a voluntary 2-year mission for my church in Long Beach, California. There, I learned how to cultivate discipline and diligence, which are the most important attributes to possess when attempting to improve at anything.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University in 2018. I then graduated with a M.Ed. in School and Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Positive Coaching from Mizzou.

I have a wonderful wife and 2 little boys that keep us very busy.

By implementing my love for sports and my love for consulting, I have worked tirelessly to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to help those who want to improve.

Allow me to work with you as we increase your impact on and off the field. Together we will do things on purpose, with purpose, always keeping in mind that little by little, a little becomes a lot.
